Phenergan is used as an emergency medicine when you need to medicate.
Phenergan is an antihistamine that is used for motion sickness, allergies and sleep problems, among others. Phenergan can also be used as an emergency medicine in a medication recovery.
Phenergan is used during the medication cleanup due to the mildly dulling effect. The preparation will therefore not make you painless during the sanation course, but will be able to make you relax and fall asleep, so it will be easier to get through the severe migraine and headache attacks.
The most frequent side effects are dry mouth and drowsiness. In general, phenergan is well tolerated.
Be aware that alcohol, sleeping pills, strong painkillers, other allergy medications and sedatives enhance the dulling effect of phenergan.
Due to the dulling effect, caution is advised when driving and operating machinery.
Phenergan is taken when there is a need to doze off or sleep - either during the day or at night. The recommended dose is 1 tablet (25 mg). If there is not enough effect or the effect decreases, one tablet can be taken after a minimum of 2 hours. You can take no more than 75 mg - ie 3 tablets - per day.
